Education

As the front man of TranscendSolutions, I'd like to think our long term goal will be education. Education is one of the fastest growing areas of IT today, Computing and Computer Science are rapidly becoming more popular for University students, and the craving for technical know-how is massive.

The digital age has created a divide between those with technical understanding, ability and interest of any type, and those without such attributes. I think that we need to work at the issue from both sides, adressing the difficulties of the digital age, making our designs simpler, and easier to understand; but we also have to help people climb the ladder of technical understanding.

I certainly don't wish that everyone be forced to learn C++ ("or even know what it is!"), and the situation should not elevate to the point where there is a prejudice against non-technical minded individuals, but I believe that a good degree of technical tutoring should be at least available to those wishing to better themselves in the area, and most of all, it should be free.
